Agents propose, humans approve
Nothing publishes on its own. Every draft — from the weekly batch, Compose, or a campaign — lands in Approvals waiting for a person. Each approval is recorded with a cryptographic signature, and the publisher re-checks that signature right before it posts. Editing a draft's text after approving it sends it back to review, so what goes live is always what someone approved.
Scheduling
Approving a draft with no time set publishes it within about a minute. To pick a time instead, use the Schedule panel on the draft before you approve; scheduled drafts sit in the Scheduled / sent column until their time. Drafts that belong to a multi-step campaign are approved once at the campaign level and publish on the campaign's stagger.
Publish now and Send now
An approved draft with no schedule shows Publish now. A scheduled draft shows Send now, which publishes it immediately instead of waiting. A draft whose publish failed shows the platform's error and Retry publish where a retry can help.
"(overdue)" and the stalled-publishing banner
If a scheduled draft's time has passed and it still hasn't gone out, its card reads (overdue). Once it's more than 30 minutes late, a banner at the top of Approvals tells you that scheduled publishing may be stalled: open the post and click Send now; if that also fails, contact support.
"I checked — nothing posted. Publish anyway"
Occasionally a publish attempt is interrupted after the request may have reached the platform. Rather than risk posting twice, the draft refuses further publishes with "The publish outcome is unconfirmed". Check the channel yourself; if nothing posted, the button I checked — nothing posted. Publish anyway publishes it on your say-so.
Why a published post can't be deleted
Once a post is live (or a publish was attempted), we can't retract it from the platform, so deleting it here would only hide the record. Those posts can be archived to clear them from the board; take the post down on the platform itself if you need it gone.
