The schedule card
On Weekly plan, the "When your content is generated" card sets the day, hour and minute — in the timezone you pick — when the week's plan is refreshed and its posts are generated. The card shows the estimated Next batch time. Free-trial workspaces get the batch too.
A change takes effect at the next occurrence of the day and time you pick, even if this week's drafts already landed — you never wait an extra week. If the time already passed today, it runs within a few minutes. Drafts appear in Approvals within a few minutes of the slot; if the slot is missed (for example during maintenance) it catches up later the same day.
Generate now
Generate now runs the standing plan immediately: it regenerates the week's ideas, then generates a post for every connected channel at that channel's cadence. It runs the same pipeline as the scheduled batch, counts as this week's batch, and spends credits each time you click it.
"N of M planned posts have a draft"
After a batch, the plan reconciles what was planned against what actually produced a draft. The note explains any gap, and each planned post carries a chip: Needs review means its draft was blocked (open it in Approvals); No draft yet means it was skipped as too similar to an existing post, couldn't generate, hit the credit cap, or isn't covered by your posting cadence. A separate banner tells you when the batch stopped at the credit cap or only queued some channels.
Pinned posts
The weekly refresh rewrites the plan's ideas — except posts you edited or added, which are pinned and carried forward exactly as you set them (a pinned post also drives its own run's angle). Untick the pin on a post to let it rotate again. Per-post media choices (image or video on, video style, audio, length) live in the same editor.
Volume
How many posts each channel gets is the posting cadence on the same page, which only lists channels you have connected; the plan's ideas are sized to match it.
