Every channel connects on Connections through a provider sign-in. Each card shows a status — Connected, Degraded, Reconnect needed, Permission missing, Destination needed, Provider unavailable or Not connected — and a Reconnect button when a token expired or a permission was declined. Viewers see the page read-only.
Sign in with the LinkedIn member who will post. By default posts go out from that personal profile. The "LinkedIn — publish as" card lists the Company Pages that account administers; pick one and every LinkedIn post — manual, scheduled, or a multi-step campaign — publishes as that Page. If the card says no Pages were found, you can still publish from the profile. If it shows a hint from LinkedIn instead, the organization permissions (rw_organization_admin and w_organization_social) weren't granted — reconnect and accept them.
Instagram and Facebook (coming soon)
Instagram and Facebook are coming soon — they open once Meta’s app review is complete. When they do, both will connect through one Meta sign-in. Facebook will publish to a Page you administer, and Instagram will need an Instagram Business account linked to that Page in Meta Business Manager.
Blog and newsletter
Blog posts publish to a connected CMS: Ghost, HubSpot or Webflow. Newsletters go to Beehiiv, where each lands as a draft for you to send, or to a Substack export you then bring into Substack yourself.
Channels marked "Coming soon"
A channel that is still waiting on a platform approval (for example Meta's app review for Instagram and Facebook) shows a Coming soon badge instead of a Connect button. There is nothing to do on your side — it opens the moment the approval is in place, and any channel you connected earlier keeps working.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting a channel that has approved or scheduled drafts warns you first: those drafts keep their time but can't publish until you reconnect. Archive or reschedule them, or disconnect anyway.
